| 摘 要： | 宪法思想根源深长,早在古罗马时期,西塞罗的自然法思想已经蕴含了与近现代宪法思想密切相关的"高级法"、"人权"、"人民国家"、"权力制约"、"法治"等思想观念。如果要追寻现代宪法的思想渊源,西塞罗这里就是一个不容忽视的思想集散地。
