摘    要:图书馆"以人为本"制度化管理是以读者为中心、以馆员为主体、协调管理资源、营造人文管理环境、提升管理效益的一种新型管理模式。它有其独自的管理定位、管理依据、管理优势。

Abstract:The institutionalized management of libraries with the principle of being based on people is a new type of management form which is reader-centered with librarians being the main composition. In the new type of management, the management resources are well coordinated and humanistic environment is created and at the same time, the management efficiency is improved. The institutionalized management has its unique management aims, management grounds and management advantages.
