| Abstract: | The institutionalized management of libraries with the principle of being based on people is a new type of management form which is reader-centered with librarians being the main composition. In the new type of management, the management resources are well coordinated and humanistic environment is created and at the same time, the management efficiency is improved. The institutionalized management has its unique management aims, management grounds and management advantages. |
