| 摘 要： | 探索了梅山文化精神历史的嬗变生成过程，并结合湘中地区几位现代名人的成长，从人才学和创造心理学的视角，阐述了梅山文化精神中的开放性与时俱进、自强不息拼搏奋进和高智慧等三个核心元素在人才成长中的关键作用，从而得出梅山文化有利于人才成长的结论。

| Abstract: | The formation process of historical changes of Meishan cultural spirit is explored.And combining the growth of several farnous persons in Xiangzhong region,from the angle of view oftalent science and creation psychology,that three core elements such as advancing with each passing day,making unremitting efforts to improve oneself and high wisdom are the key of talent growth is expounded to make the conclusion that Meishan culture is benefical to talent growth. |
