| Abstract: | Teaching practice in teachers' training college must be carried out according to the characteristics of adults. We should make efforts in the following aspects: understanding their needs, working out a plan, focusing on the target, integrating theory with practice, encouraging to blaze new trails, 1 aying stress on interchange. The teaching practice should reflect the characteristics of adult education and meet the needs of the reality. |
