| 摘 要： | 离退休老同志是党和国家的宝贵人才,是学校建设发展的一支重要力量。通过对本校离退休人员状况的分析,提出合理开发老年人才资源,更好地发挥离退休老同志的作用,使他们继续参与社会工作,可以有效缓解高级人才短缺的矛盾。
