| Abstract: | The theory of the governing Party has been continuously developed and innovated since China＇ s reform and opening to the outside world for 30 years. It mainly displays as follows, the idea of the governing Party has gotten a new leap, the basis of the governing Party has been consolidated, the mode of the governing Party has been changed, the strategy of the governing Party has been upgraded and the resources of the governing Party have been expanded as well. |
