高校教师收入状况及其评价

摘    要:随着中国教师社会地位的日益提高,他们的收入正在成为一个受到关注并引发争议的话题。教师经济地位提高是不争的事实,但实际上其收入的整体水平并不高,教师个体之间的贫富悬殊也越来越大,这不仅会导致教师量供给不足,教师队伍不稳,流失严重,也是造成某些教师行为异化的重要原因。我们需要采取有效措施解决上述问题,包括实行教师高薪制;改革僵化的人事分配制度;建立科学评价体系;实现教师的自我管理等。

Abstract:The incomes of Chinese college teachers have been a controversial issue since they have a higher social status than they used to. It's a fact that their incomes have risen but as a whole they are not so high compared with those of other professions. Moreover there is a sharp difference in their income levels among different teachers. All these contribute to the increase of dropout rates of teachers. To solve this problem, we must raise their income level, reform the HRM system, establish a scientific evaluation system of their performance, and implement the policy of self-management for teachers.
