村镇银行伦理决策的道德强度——基于湖南的实证

道德强度是组织伦理决策的一个决定性因素.文章将乡土情景嵌入约翰·琼斯关于伦理决策的问题权变模型,对湖南省村镇银行伦理决策中道德强度的影响因素进行验证,结果发现:村镇银行伦理决策的道德强度因素与约翰·琼斯的问题权变模型不一致,其道德强度的影响因子是社会一致性、影响的集中性、结果发生的可能性及后果的严重性,其中社会一致性是道德强度最敏感的因素.以乡土伦理整合于村镇银行治理,在制度层面营造良好的组织伦理氛围,对村镇银行的信贷关系管理具有重要意义.

Moral Intensity in Ethical Decision-making of Banks in China's Village: An Empirical Study Based on Hunan Province

Moral intensity is a decisive factor in organizational ethical decision-making.This paper inserts the village-based context in Jones' issue-contingent model of ethical decision making,then texts moral Intensity's influential factors in ethical decision-making of banks in Hunan's village.The result shows that the moral intensity factor in village banks differ from Jones's model,and it only presents the following main factors: social consensus,concentration of effect,probability of effect,magnitude of consequences,and social consensus is the most sensitive factor.Integrating village-based ethics in the governance of village banks,and creating a good organizational ethics atmosphere at the institutional level have great influence on the credit relationship management of village banks.
