| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着市场经济的不断发展,高等学校全面实行双轨制,大学生毕业直接进入人才市场,这就要求学生在校学习期间,不仅要学好高超的理论知识,而且要充分利用金工实习试验,提高实习训练基本技能,增强实践能力,达到既有扎实的理论基础又有较强的动手能力,做到理论与实践的结合,以适应人才市场的竞争。
