“90后”大学生党员代际特征与作用发挥

90后大学生逐渐进入到大学校园中,绝大部分学生都递交了入党申请书,有些同学已经成为入党积极分子。部分学生经过了党组织的考验,最终从入党的竞争中脱颖而出成为预备党员。但是90后大学生有着自我的个性和时代烙印,他们有着鲜明的代际特色,如我的个性我张扬、我的选择我做主、我的言论我发布、我的未来我找寻等特征。他们也具有不同的入党动机。怎样在新的历史条件下让90后大学生发挥其作用,对此可以从读好书、把好关、用好人、建好网、辅好导、组好队等六个方面来做好工作。

lntergenerational Features and Roles of Party Members of the Post-90s College Students

College students who were born in the 1990s gradually come into the college campus and the vast majority of students have submitted the application to join the Party and some of them have already become the Party activists. Some students, after a test of Party organizations, ultimately stand out from the competition to join the Party and become probationary members. College students of post-90s have their own self-personalities and are imprinted the brand of the times. They have distinct intergenerational features, such as： ＂my personality, I publicize it＂, ＂my choice, I call the shots＂, ＂my remarks, I issue them＂, ＂My future, I lo~k for it＂ and so on. They also have different motivations to join the Party. Therefore, to answer the question of how to play the role of college students of 90s in the new historical conditions, the author thinks that the college students can do a good job from six aspects： ＂studying well＂, ＂checking effectively＂, ＂employing able persons＂, ＂building the network＂, ＂ guiding auxiliary＂ and ＂organizing a good team＂.
