| 摘 要： | 高新技术园区既是高新技术与现代经济高度融合的产物,也是高新技术与现代经济融合的有效形式.当前,高新技术园区已成为高技术及其产品的重要聚集地,高新技术园区特有的灵活的机制为园区经济增长提供了重要保证,而园区经济的快速增长和高技术产业的快速发展,又加快了世界经济一体化的进程.
