论采用清洁工艺消除化工污染

本文针对化工待业的生产特点，提出采用清洁工艺，消除化工污染。阐述了国外在发展工业的实践中开始重视和实施清洁工艺以及我国的清洁工艺政策和清洁工艺在化工行业的实施状况，并列举了清洁工艺在化工行业应用的典型事例，进一步说明采用清洁工艺是发展经济和保护环境的必然途径。

USING CLEANING PROCESS TO ELIMINATE POLLUTION OF CHEMICALINDUSTRY

In the Iight of the technological features of chemical industry,this paper argues for theuse of cleaning process to clear the pollution caused by chemical industry. The internationalexperiences in this field are introduced as well as the present status and the government policy of using cleaning process in chemical industry in our country. Examples are given which tell the important role the cleaning process plays in the economic development and environmental protection.
