社会建构论视角下的中西医之争

从社会建构的视角出发,指明中医和西医是两种不同文化的产物,各自的理论基础和实践标准不同是两个范式,在实践上具有不可通约性。中西医之争,争论的是关于人体疾病的疗效问题,实质是同一问题的不同方法,因此,很可能会不了了之。但其实质,在社会建构论看来是不同共同体在争夺权力、利益的表现。对二者争论背后隐藏的权力、利益的揭示,不仅为解决中西医之争打开了新的视角,提供了新的思路,而且还要求我们重新认识传统文化的价值,从而正确处理好本土文化与外来文化的关系。同时,这也为从文化的视角理解并解决当今世界的一些冲突问题有着较强的现实意义。

The Argument of Tranditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine in the Vision of Social Constructivist

This paper indicates that the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are two kinds of different cultures,and their theories and practice standards are different,which are two paradigms and incommensurability in the practice.The argument between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is about the human body disease curative effect,which,actually,is a different way of the same question.But it is a manifestation of capturing the right and the interest among the different communities in the vision of social constructivist,which not only opens the new view for the argument of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,but also request people to re-know the value of traditional culture,thus correctly treating the relations between the native and dissimilation cultures.And,it also has the great significance for understanding and solving the conflicts in the world from the cultural view.
