| Abstract: | Constructing the ＂5＋2＂ economic cooperation zones in the Zhu River - the West River valley and updating the West River economic zone to national strategy are the strategic decision of the Scientific Outlook on Development as well as the practical innovation of carrying out the Scientific Outlook on Development into the process of Guangxi＇s modernized construction. Setting up and impro-ving the law and policy system are the important guarantee to promote the coordinated economic de-velopment of the West River area. |
