| 摘 要： | 在国家创新发展中,知识创新主体的多元化,知识来源的多渠道,使得知识创新成为跨系统的交互活动.开放式知识创新要求实现信息保障的平台化和服务的协同化.基于这一现实,文章从国家知识创新与信息保障平台建设目标出发,按平台建设的协同机制,进行了面向多元需求的平台架构和规划,提出了平台协同建设的目标原则与基本对策.

| Abstract: | With the development of the national innovation,knowledge innovation has become a cross-system interactive activity because of the diversification of knowledge innovation subjects and multi-channel of knowledge sources.Open knowledge innovation requires platform-based information guarantee and collaborative services.Based on these,and starting from the objective of national knowledge innovation and information guarantee platform construction,the paper analyzes the multi-demands-oriented platform framework and its construction,and put forwards the objective principle and basic counter measures for the platform collaborative construction. |
