中华民国时期《司法公报》述略

司法公报是民国时期官方出版的一种司法类期刊.北京政府时期司法部发行有《司法公报》；南京国民政府时期的司法公报按时间之先后可分为司法部之《司法公报》,司法院之《司法公报》和《司法院公报》,司法行政部之《司法行政公报》,以及前述《司法行政公报》和《司法院公报》合并后之司法院《司法公报》.文章主要对北京政府时期和南京国民政府时期司法公报的办刊主体、刊物体例、主要内容、办刊周期等方面的发展变迁进行了系统而细致的梳理,并对这两个时期司法公报在内容方面的异同进行了比较分析.司法公报记录了民国时期的各种立法、司法状况,是我们研究民国法律制度、司法实践不可或缺的珍贵资料.

A Brief Account of Judicial Bulletin in the Period of the Republic of China

Judicial bulletin is a kind of judicial journal which was officially published in the period of Republic of China.In the days of Beijing government,Judicial Bulletin was issued by Ministry of Justice.The Judicial Bulletin in the period of Nanjing National government could be chronologically classified into the Judicial Bulletin of Ministry of Justice,the Judicial Bulletin and the Justice Council Bulletin of Justice Council,the Judicial Administration Bulletin of the Ministry of Judicial Administration,and the Judicial Bulletin of Justice council,which was merged by the above mentioned Judicial Administration Bulletin and Justice Council Bulletin.This paper has mainly done a systematic and careful sorting as to the development and changes of the judicial bulletins in the periods of Beijing government and Nanjing National government in such aspects as publication subject,publication style,major contents and publication period.Besides,it has also conducted a comparative analysis on the similarities and the differences of the judicial bulletins in these two periods in the contents.The judicial bulletins has recorded various legislations,judicial status in the period of the Republic of China.They are precious,indispensable materials for us to study the legal system of the Republic of China.
