| Abstract: | The problems existed during the process of inviting and administrating foreign teachers were listed,the causes were analyzed and the countermeasures were put forward aiming at solving the problems in the aspects of principles of inviting and managing foreign teachers and the work of managing foreign teachers' teaching and living. |
