大学校规与依法治校

大学校规在依法治校中具有特殊地位,发挥着重要作用。但近年来,学生行为与大学校规之间频频发生冲突,大学校规面临着前所未有的挑战,这主要是由于目前相当多的校规内容本身存在严重的缺陷和问题。因此,应采取积极措施改革完善大学校规,努力实现高校学生管理工作的规范化和法治化。

College Regulations and Administraing College According to Law

College regulations have special roles and play an important part in administrating college according to law. But in recent years, conflicts have been frequently occured between students' behaviour and college regulations, so college regulations face unprecedented challenges. The main reason is that there exist serious shortcomings and problems in a lot of present regulations by itself. Therefore, active measures must be taken to reform and perfect college regulations, try to realize normalization and legality of administration on college students.
