| 摘 要： | 在《政治自由主义》中,罗尔斯勾勒出了一幅自由主义的政治图景。然而,这幅图景的合法性仍依赖于“无知之幕”的形式论证。其实,如果抛开单纯的伦理视角,引入历史的维度,我们就可以看到“无知之幕”只是与特定社会条件相适应的,这就导致了同样的论证方式无法推衍出《万民法》中的全球伦理体系。

| Abstract: | In the Political Liberalism,John Rawls describs a political picture of liberalism.But the legality of this picture is on the basis of the formal discussion of the Curtain of Ignorance.If we discard the pure perspective of ethics and introduce the historical dimension,we will find that the "Curtain of Ignorance" is adapted to a particular social condition,which leads to the result that the global ethic system in The Law of Peoples could not be deduced from the same discussion. |
