| 摘 要： | 学习型组织理论的提出顺应了时代发展需求,体现了诸多现代意识。创建学习型党组织,对于落实十六大报告的要求,加强和促进高校党的建设,有着十分重要的意义。在创建学习型党组织过程中,重要的是树立相应的现代意识,注意其理论前提及应用条件。

The establishment of study type organization of Party Branch has great significance in carrying out the requirements by the Communist Party, and in strengthening the construction of college Party branch. It,s important to set up the modern consciousness, pay attention to the prerequisite of theory and the application condition. |
