| 摘 要： | 新的导生制实施于学校课堂教学之外,是对正式教育教学的有益补充。文章介绍了实施导生制的现实意义和实施模式,指出新导生制在体现学生主体地位、加强学生思想政治教育以及提升思想政治教育实效等方面均收到良好的教育效果。

| Abstract: | The implementation of the new monitorial system after class is a useful complement to classroom education and teaching. This paper introduces the significance of implementing monitorial system as well as its implement model. It points out that the new monitorial system has achieved good results in many aspects such as respecting student＇s subject status, strengthening ideological and political education of students and enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education. |
