| 摘 要： | 学术的力量,才是学报长期生存和赢得社会赞誉的内在动力。学报,究其更深层的意义,应该被理解为“学术性的刊物”,这也是区别于其他校刊及一般刊物的最显著的特征。学报编辑需要在学术知识上不断学习和更新,需要明智的判断力,更需要一种胸襟上的通达和对学术高品位的追求。

| Abstract: | High academic standard is the main reason for a journal to maintain its existence and win social appraisement. Journals should be an academic magazine, distinctive from other magazines and college publications. Journal editors should learn and enrich their knowledge, should have wise judgement, and above all, should have a broad mind and the pursuit for high taste in academic activity. |
