| Abstract: | The reason why the CCP represents development demands of advanced productive forces is, in the final analysis conditioned by productive forces in the position and function of social development. Truely representing development demands of advanced productive forces should regard the development condition of productive forces as basis, and seize the opportunities for creating new system suited to the developmen demands of productive forces. |
