| 摘 要： | 个人主义是一种强调个人而不是社会或国家的权利和利益的人生哲学。伦敦在其主要作品中流露出对个人主义的矛盾态度。对于个人主义者反抗自然,伦敦是肯定的;而对于他们反抗社会,伦敦持反对态度,但在无意识中又流露出对他们的偏爱。

| Abstract: | Individualism is a doctrine that emphasizes the rights and interest of the individualism rather than those of society or the state. London exposed his ambivalent attitude toward individualism in his important works. London was positive toward individualism against nature; while toward individualism against society, he was negative. He, though, betrayed his partiality for his individualists in unconscious admiration. |
