掺镁铌酸锂晶体的缺陷结构

摘    要:本文提出了Mg:LiNbO_3晶体中可能存在的随掺镁浓度变化的两套缺陷结构模型。作者制备了一组不同格镁浓度的Mg:LiNbO_3晶体样品,测量了它们的密度,并用提出的缺陷结构摸型计算了它们的密度,以验证缺陷结构摸型。研究表明,本文的第二套摸型,实验结果和理论计算结果相符。本文的计算再次指出一致熔化组分Mg:LiNbO_3晶体呈现掺镁浓度阈值效应的临界掺镁浓度应是5.30mol%。

Abstract:In this paper, two sets of defect structure models formed in Mg:LiNbO3 varying with Mg concentrations are proposed. In order to determine the defect models, the density of a group of Mg:LiNbO3 crystal samples doped with different Mg concentration is measured. The density of the crystals is also calculated. The results indicate that the defect models of set 2 are in good agreement with the experimental results. It is further predicted by the calculation that the critical Mg concentration of the the Mg-doping level threshold effect for congruent Mg:LiNbO3 should be 5.30mol%.
