近代日本民间团体的对华政策理念--以东亚同文会的"中国保全"为中心

19世纪末,东亚同文会基于地缘政治和日本扩张在华权益的需要,为应对中国的瓜分危机祸及日本的局面提出“中国保全”的对华政策理念;至义和团事变,出于乘乱控制中国南方的需要,这个理念演变为“联邦保全”;“九.一八”事变发生后,该会为使日本的侵略正当化炮制了“亚洲保全”的新理念。日本对华政策理念的转变过程受国家利益的左右和驱动,这在近代日本民间团体的对华政策活动中颇具典型性。

The Principle for China Policies of Non-governmental Organizations in Modern Japan--Centering the "China Preservation" by the East Asia Common Culture Association

At the end of 19th century,in order to cope with China's being divided up by Western powerful countries,the East Asia Common Culture Association,based on geopolitics and Japan's expansionism of China,set up the principle for "China Preservation" that developed into "Federacy Preservation" when arose Boxer Uprising and into "Asia Preservation" when arose September 18th Incident.The developing gives an expression of the fact that Japan's principle for China policies is deeply influenced by the national interests,especially for non-governmental organizations in modern Japan.
