| 摘 要： | 外部环境是中小型科技企业生存与成长的重要基础.首先,在运用生态学理论界定中小型科技企业外部环境内涵的基础上识别影响其成长的外部环境因子.然后,分析外部环境因子对其成长影响的作用机理,并以山东地区的中小型科技企业为样本,设计测量指标体系,运用结构方程方法构建中小型科技企业成长外部环境因素模型,从而为优化中小型科技企业成长的外部环境提供有益的启示.
