人力资本概念的扩展

传统的人力资本理论的内涵往往局限于人的体能资本和智能资本,并由此展开相应的人力资本投资。在参考了大量文献的基础上,对人力资本的内涵进行了深刻思考,探索性地扩展了人力资本的内涵,认为个人的人力资本除了智能和体能资本外,还应包括人的信誉、个人魅力、社会关系和公共知名度等。研究人力资本理论对今后企业和个人进行人力资本投资具有启发意义。

Concept Extension of Human Capital

The traditional theory of human capital is always restricted to the physical capital and the intelligence capital, and then commences the investment of human capital according to this theory. Having referred to large quantities of relative literatures, this paper gives a deep consideration of the connotation of the human capital, and tentatively enlargs the human capital's connotation. The authors believe that apart from the intelligence capital and physical capital, the individual's human capital should also include credit standings, personal charms, social relations and public popularities, etc. This research will benefit both enterprises and individuals to make an investment in human capital in the future.
