| 摘 要： | 政治文明具有广泛的内容和复杂的结构。在政治理念上 ,政治文明是法治文明与德治文明的统一 ;在政治价值上 ,政治文明是权利文明与权力文明的统一 ;在政治活动上 ,政治文明是实体文明与程序文明的统一 ;在政治制度上 ,政治文明是党制文明与国制文明的统一 ;在政治发展上 ,政治文明是结果文明与过程文明的统一。

| Abstract: | Political civilization possesses rich implication and complicated structure.In political concept,political civilization is the unity of civilization both in law governance and moral governance;In the case of political value,political civilization is also the unity of civilization between benefit and power;In the aspect of political activities,it is the unity of civilization in entity and procedure whereas in political set_up,it is the unity of civilization both in the party leadership and state governance;In political development,political civilization is the unity of civilization between consequence and process. |
