关于“三个代表”重要思想主题的几点新思考

建设中国特色社会主义是"三个代表"重要思想的主题。"三个代表"重要思想的主题现阶段主要体现在"基本问题"上,二者既相联系、又相区别。主题贯穿于中国特色社会主义建设实践全过程,是共性或一般性的问题;而基本问题则是围绕着主题而展开的具有一定阶段性和个性或特殊性的问题。建设中国特色社会主义或解决"三个代表"重要思想的基本问题,都要求努力攻克全面建设小康社会将长期面对的三大课题,并进一步探索和回答中国社会主义自我完善和发展的一系列重大课题。

Some new considerations of the theme of the important thought of Three Represents

Building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the theme of the important thought of Three Represents, which lies in the basic problems at present. The theme and the basic problems are the two aspects which connects with each other and distinguishes from each other. The theme dominates all the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is the matter of generality. Meanwhile, the basic problems elaborate the theme and take the theme as a center, so they are the matters of certain phasic characters and individuality or particularity. Building socialism with Chinese characteristics or solving the basic problems of the important thought of Three Represents needs us to make an effort to accomplish the three major subjects with which building a well-off society in an all-round way will be confronted in a long period, and to further explore and answer a series of major subjects about self-improvement and development of China's socialism.
