| 摘 要： | 构建以规范电子数据信息在计算机网络中传递为基础进行民商事活动的电子商务法,不仅适应全新的电子商务经济的发展需要,而且对我国现行民商事法律体系形成了巨大的冲击和挑战,使中国民商法律创新成为发展的必然。民商事法律的创新旨在促成新的产权法律制度的形成,为我国经济的快速发展保驾护航。

| Abstract: | To build an e - commerce law to regulate the deliveries of electronic data through computer networks in civil and commercial acfivities not only meets the demand of the development of the brand - new e - commerce economy, but also challenges our present civil and commercial business law,thus making it necessary to create a new law, which will aim to stimulate the formation of a new property right law system and protect the rapid development of our economy. |
