Comparison of the Strategy Management Thoughts between Zhang Zhi Dong and Zhang Jian

Both Zhang Zhi Dong and Zhang Jian embodied the strategy management thoughts of exceeding times in the process of establishing and managing the early modern enterprises.Their strategy plans paid attention to the extensive development of industrial groups,but Zhang Zhi Dong adopted the irrelevant diversification and Zhang Jian selected the related diversification.Because of the restrict in status and experience the cost management and human resources management and marketing management and financial management of them had great differences in the strategy performing.Although the strategy performing results were not satisfied,Zhang Zhi Dong and Zhang Jian built the modern industry system successfully and their strategy management thoughts promoted the early modern construction of China.
