| 摘 要： | 高等教育向经济中心转移是时代发展的必然趋势,这一点已经毋庸质疑。而加入世贸组织则会从确立观念、缓解高等教育市场供需矛盾、提高国际竞争力、缩小国际服务贸易逆差、优化教育资源配置等方面加快高等教育迈向经济中心的步伐。
