关于古代“和谐”理念与当代构建和谐社会的几点思考

本文从中国现代化进程的角度简单分析了中国传统文化中有关“和谐”的几个理念,认为,我们在对待这些“和谐”理念的时候:第一,应该重视其实践性和可操作性,避免空谈;第二,应该在肯定古代“和谐”理念合理性的同时,要看到它的历史局限性。我们要构建更高层次的和谐社会,不能回过头来翻故纸堆,而是要在推进中国现代化方面有所作为。否则,无论是古代先贤的“和谐”理念,还是当代的“和谐”思想,都会因为实践上的无作为而流于空想。

Some Thought on the Ancient Idea of Harmony and the Constructing of A Harmonious Society Nowadays

The author analyzes some ideas of harmony in the Chinese traditional culture from the angle of the modernization process.He believes when faced with these ideas of harmony,we should: First,attach importance to its practicality and operatability and avoid empty talk.Second,see the historical limitations when referring to the rationality of the old ideas.We are to construct a harmonious society of a higher level and do something significative in pushing Chinese modernization,not to follow the same old road.Otherwise both the ancient oracles' ideas and the contemporary thought of harmony will turn to be a dream for nothing done practically.
