| 摘 要： | 高校制度文化建设是一项复杂的系统工程，它体现了高校管理者的价值取向和信仰迫求。从分析高校制度文化的含义和功能入手，提出了从与高校长远发展目标相适应、树立“以人为本”的理念、抓好制度的制定和实施四个方面来建立和完善高校制度文化。

| Abstract: | The construction of institutional culture in university is a complicated institutional project,which reflects the walue intention and belief pursuit of college governors.Based on the analysis of the connation and function of institutional culture in university,this paper proposes some measures to construct and perfect institutional culture in university by adapting to the long-term development aim of university,establishing the"man-oriented"idea and carrying out the establishment and implementation of institution. |
