| 摘 要： | 知识共享机制是企业网络区别于企业和市场的核心机制,也是企业网络有效运作的基础。企业网络知识共享机制的形成机理在于:知识的复杂性特征是导致企业网络知识共享机制形成的根源;企业和市场对于知识的交易和共享的处理缺乏有效性是企业网络知识共享机制形成的推动力;知识共享策略选择是企业网络知识共享机制形成的进化博弈结果。

| Abstract: | Knowledge sharing mechanism is the core mechanism of enterprise networks differing from enterprise and markets, and is also the basis of the effective operation of enterprise networks. The forming mechanism about the knowledge sharing mechanism of enterprise networks lies in the fact that the knowledge complexity character is its formative root; lack of validity about enterprise and market's dealing with knowledge exchange and sharing is the forming impetus; and the tactic choice is the evolution game result of the formation of the knowledge sharing mechanism of enterprise networks. |
