摘    要:分析了山西农业大学在"十二五"开局之年面临的机遇和挑战,提出学校发展处于中国高等教育发展的重要转型期、高等教育管理体制和管理理念的重要转型期、山西社会经济发展的重要转型期、"十一五"时期向"十二五"时期发展的重要转型期、从教学型向教学研究型的重要转型期。提出"十二五"时期学校工作要围绕建设地方农业院校先进水平的教学研究型大学来设计路径,提高办学综合实力,立足地方,办出特色。认为本科教学工作应积极适应和引领学校转型跨越发展的整体战略部署,推动专业结构、课程体系、实践教学、教师队伍、教学管理的转型跨越。

Abstract:This paper expounds opportunities and challenges of Shanxi Agricultural University in the first year of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan ", and states that the school’s development is in the important transition period of Chinese higher education, of the higher education management system and concept, of the Shanxi social and economic development,of "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan " and of the teaching model to the teaching and research model.The article suggests that the school’s tasks during the " Twelfth Five-Year Plan " should focus on constructing teaching and researching university which represents the advanced level of local agricultural colleges, also improving the comprehensive strength, creating the local character.The article also maintains that the undergraduate teaching work should actively adapt to and lead the school’s overall strategy of transformation and leap-forward development, promoting the model transition of professional structure, curriculum system, practice teaching, teaching faculty and staff,a nd teaching management.
