| 摘 要： | 文章针对农村金融理论和实践中,既有农村金融与农村金融发展定义的缺陷,在分析其成因与影响基础上,运用新制度经济学方法,从交易视角重构了农村金融与农村金融发展概念内涵,试图以此深化对农村金融与农村金融发展的认识,为农村金融可持续发展建立概念基础。

| Abstract: | Considering the conceptional defects in the definitoins of "rural finance"and "rural finance development"in the theories and practice of rural finance,this paper aims to reconstruct the conceptional connotations of "rural finance"and "rural finance development" from the perspective of trade and with the methodology of new institutional economics.It attempts to deepen the understanding of "rural finance" and "rural finance development" to establish the conceptional base for the rural financial sustainable development. |
