| 摘 要： | 从介绍高等学校预算资金的管理特点、内容与管理形式入手,着重从综合财务计划、健全与完善定额管理、严格执行费用开支标准、加强固定资产管理和加强经济活动分析等方面设想阐述如何加强高等学校资金管理,提出了进一步完善高等学校财务管理的几点建议.
