| 摘 要： | 产学研合作是推进科技进步,建立国家创新体系的重要依托。从政府治理的视角分析了推进产学研合作必要性与迫切性,着重分析了体制政策、信息服务、投资方式等阻力因素,进行了政府介入产学研合作体系的动力机制分析,并提出促进导向、决策主导、协调服务等促进产学研合作的具体举措。

| Abstract: | Industry-university-research cooperation is the important guarantee to promote scientific and technological progress,and to establish national innovation system.This article discusses the necessity and urgency of promoting cooperation from the perspective of government management.It focuses on institutional policy,information services,investment and other resistance factors and analyzes its dynamic mechanism of government intervene in industry-university-research cooperation.It also puts forward specific measures to promote the cooperation such as promotion orientation,decision-making domination and coordination services. |
