基于比较优势理论的产学研协同创新动力机制研究

作为协同创新的一种基本范式,如何提高产学研联盟中企业、高校、科研院所之间合作的积极性和稳定性是协同创新动力机制研究需要解决的主要问题。借鉴经济学中的比较优势理论,以国际商品贸易合作现象为启发,通过构建产学研比较优势数学模型验证了比较优势的存在是促使双方合作的重要内在动力。研究发现当各参与主体拥有的比较优势越明显时,双方协同合作的可能性也会越高。针对以上研究结论,从参与主体、政府、市场三方面提出增强我国产学研协同创新动力的建议。

Research on dynamic mechanism of industry-university-research collaborative innovation based on theory of comparative advantage

As a basic paradigm of collaborative innovation, how to improve the enthusiasm and stability of cooperation between enterprises, universities and research institutes with industry-university-research alliance is the main problem to be solved of the research on dynamic mechanism of collaborative innovation. Based on the theory of comparative advantage in economics, and inspired by international merchandise trade cooperation phenomenon, it is tested that the existence of comparative advantage is an important intrinsic motivation to promote bilateral cooperation through establishing mathematical model of industry-university-research comparative advantage. It is found that when each participant has more obvious comparative advantages, the possibilities of bilateral collaboration will be higher. Accordingly, suggestions are proposed of enhancing the motivation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in China from three aspects of the participants, the government, and the market.
