| 摘 要： | 随着老龄化社会的快速到来,延迟退休的方案受到关注。以辽宁省城镇企业职工为研究对象,从人力资本的角度出发,设计一套科学合理的退休方案。重点探讨方案设计的关键要素,如延迟退休的最佳时点、目标年龄、最佳速度,并在此基础上为辽宁省城镇企业职工设计出动态、弹性、渐进性的延迟方案。

| Abstract: | In order to delay the rapid arrival of the aging society, the retirement-delay scheme is concerned. Taking the urban enterprise employees of Liaoning Province as the object of study, from the perspective of human capital, a set of scientific and reasonable scheme of retirement is designed. The key elements of design are focused on, such as the optimal point of retirement delaying, the target age, the best speed, and on this basis a dynamic, flexible and progressive delay scheme is designed for urban enterprise workers in Liaoning Province. |
