| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款按新机制运作仍然面临困境。高校应在提升认同感的基础上，加强贷款学生的诚信教育，培养契约意识，帮助他们确定合理的贷款额度，保持信息渠道通畅，以促使学生按约还贷，促进国家助学贷款的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | There still exist some dilemma when the Chinese state-subsidized student loan operate under a new system.On the basis of improving the students'identification,their sense of loyalty and contract should be strengthened and their loan sum should be reasonable,at the same time the teacher also have the latest information about the students in order to make them give back the loan and promote the continual development Chinese state-subsidized student loan system. |
