| 摘 要： | 诅咒(赌咒)和发誓是完全不同的概念,并存在不同的表现形式。就诅咒、赌咒和发誓的内容和形式关系来看,其形式决定内容。诅咒、赌咒和发誓作为社会规范,自成一套规范体系,具有自己的内在逻辑结构,其实现的路径是通过神的力量保证实施的报应系统,是一个社会不能或缺而且不能被替代的重要社会规范。

| Abstract: | Curse,swear and oath are different concepts,defined respectively by the various external expressions that they have.As an alternative system of social norms,they are independent,have their own logics and are implemented through the divine power that metes out retribution.As social norms,their importance for the society is indispensable and irreplaceable. |
