医疗保障制度转型期的社会心理分析

处于社会保障制度转型期的我国医疗保障制度呈现出医疗需求与保障的失衡、城乡医疗保障失衡、医疗资源分布与配置失衡等特点。作者分析了身处这种制度环境中的社会公众的心理问题:由二次分配不公所导致的相对剥夺感、对医疗保障的消极预期导致的心理无助感以及公众的不信任感导致的非理性、不合作行为等。最后指出医疗保障制度的改革和转型要重视和加强社会心理的考察与建设。

Analysis of the Psycho-social Problems Appertaining to Medical Care System Reform

At present,in the reforming time of social security system,there is an unbalanced tendency of china medical care system.It marks the unbalance of the medical demand and supply,the city and countryside medical service,the medical resources distribution and the disposition.The author analyses psycho-social problems appertaining to medical care system reform,for example,relative deprivation,hopelessness-helplessness,and distrust.The author points out the government should concern or affect social psychological climate.
