A Research Report on the Construction of Response Command Systemof Jiangsu Province

It is an effective preventive measure for the government to enhance guard and response abilities to construct high level response command system.Jiangsu Province is carrying on the corresponding deployment for it.This paper,with the discussion of the necessity and feasibility for Jiangsu Province to construct provincial level comprehensive response command system,analyzes the basic understanding about the construction of the provincial response command system,probes the basic principle of the construction of the response command system,and elaborates the goal and the request of system construction,which provides with explicit mentality and the comprehensive policy-making basis for Jiangsu Province to construct response command system.
