摘    要:学科建设是高等院校建设的核心和关键,而重点学科是学校特色的集中体现,只有搞好学科建设,特别是重点学科建设,才能推动高等院校教学、科研事业的不断发展,推动学校教育质量和办学效益的全面提高。学科建设就是要遵循学科发展的内在规律,结合学校的实际,使学校的学科结构和布局更加合理。学科建设的主要内容可归纳为学术方向、学术队伍建设、基本务件建设、人才培养和科学研究五个方面,这五个方面既是学科建设的目标,也是学科建设的着力点。东华理工学院的学科建设应当围绕这五个方面,集中人力、物力,对若干个重点学科和具有发展潜力的学科,在学科方向、梯队建设、基本条件建设、人才培养和科学研究等方面加大建设力度,形成优势和特色。

Abstract:Discipline construction is the nucleus and hinge of universities constructions, and the key subject is the concentrated embodiment of school characteristic. A and only doing discipline construction well, especially the key subject, can promote institution of higher learning teaching, scientific research causes and the improving in an all-round way of the quality of education of the school and efficiency in school management. The discipline construction must follow the inherent law of discipline development exactly, combine the reality of school and make the discipline structure of the school and overall arrangement more rational. The major content of the discipline construction can be concluded into five aspects, systematic namely academic direction, systematic academic troops constructions, basic condition construction, cultivation of person' s ability and scientific researches, these five aspects are both objectives and points, where efforts should be concentrated of discipline construction. The discipline construction of our institute should round these five aspects to concentrate the manpower and the material resources on the key disciplines and the disciplines possessing the latent capacity of development, enlarge discipline direction, echelon formation construction, basic condition construction, person' s ability cultivation and the scientific research, etc. and form superiority and characteristic.
