高校思想政治理论课实效性评估体系构建研究

实效性评估是高校思想政治理论课建设的重要部分。构建高校思想政治理论课实效性评估体系,必须坚持政策性与科学性相结合、整体性和层次性相结合、结果性和过程性相结合、定性与定量相结合的原则,运用目标导向法、要素分析法、实践测试法。据此,可以构建起包括领导与管理、教师素质与表现、学生学习与实践、课程内容、环境建设等五个一级指标和相应二级指标及测评标准的完整的高校思想政治理论课实效性评估体系。

Study on the Construction of Assessment System for the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course for Undergraduates

Effectiveness evaluation is an important part of the construction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.Policies of combining the policy and science,the level and the whole,the results and process,the qualitative and quantitative nature are necessary in constructing the evaluation system.It is also critical to use the targetoriented method,factor analysis method and practical test method,too.Accordingly,we can get the evaluation system,which includes five first-class grade indexes——the leadership and management,teachers＇ quality and performance,students＇ learning and practice,the course content,environment building and the second level indexes.
