| 摘 要： | 由于多年来对煤炭资源的高强度、粗放式开采,山西的自然资源状况和生态环境日益严峻,山西经济社会的发展越来越遭到资源瓶颈的制约。作为我国典型的资源型地区,实现山西资源转型有着特殊的意义。需要加快观念创新、科技创新、资源创新,使山西逐步迈入全面协调可持续发展的轨道,实现山西经济社会的发展由资源依赖型向创新驱动型转变。

| Abstract: | Due to high intensity and large scale exploitation of coal resources for many years,the condition of natural resources and ecological environment of Shanxi is becoming more and more serious,which has turned out to be the botdeneck that restricts the economic and social development.Being a typical resource-based region in our country,it has a special significance to realize the resource transformation in Shanxi.We should accelerate the conceptual,technological and resource-related innovation to get Shanxi into a track of comprehensive,balanced and sustainable development to realize in Shanxi the transformation from being resource-dependent to being innovation-driven. |
