摘    要:诺丁斯的关怀德育模式以“学会关怀他人”为核心,重视对师生关怀意识和能力的培养,对构建我国高校师生关系具有重要意义。在分析当前高校德育师生关系存在问题的基础上,基于诺丁斯的关怀德育模式,从价值理性出发重构关怀型的德育师生关系,实现师生在“双主体”关系上的平等交往;引导教师在日常德育工作和教学中回归生活世界,创建关怀型互动情境;加强高校教师关怀能力建设,以师为范,为学生树立关怀榜样;寻求师生之间的有效对话,实现高校师生的真实交往。

Abstract:Nottings'' caring moral education mode takes "learning to care for others" as its core, and attaches great importance to the cultivation of teachers'' and students'' caring consciousness and ability, which is of great significance to the construction of teacher-student relationship in Chinese universities. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current relationship between teachers and students in moral education in colleges and universities, and on the basis of Nottings'' caring moral education model, this paper reconstructs the caring relationship between teachers and students from the perspective of value rationality to realize the equal communication in dual subject teacher-student relationship.We should guide teachers to return to the life world in daily moral education and teaching, to create a caring interactive situation ,to strengthen the construction of teachers'' caring ability in colleges and universities, to take teachers as examples and set up caring models for students, to seek effective dialogue between teachers and students, and to realize the real communication between teachers and students.
